01. Do my guests have to download anything?+
No. The link opens in their browser, they tap a moment, and their own phone camera opens. Nothing to install, no account to make.
02. The venue wifi is terrible. Then what?+
Clips queue on the phone and upload later. Guests see “7 clips waiting” and send them once they're back on a decent connection — usually at the hotel that night.
03. What if not enough people film?+
You'll know before the day. Your dashboard flags any critical moment nobody is covering, and we recommend a crew of three to eight people plus one phone on a tripod for the ceremony.
04. Who owns the footage?+
You do. Guests grant a licence for their clips when they join, you own the finished films, and you can download everything at full quality any time inside your storage window.
